06.11.09 - Tri-Cross has been accepted into two of the largest school systems in Georgia. Cobb County Schools and Dekalb County Schools have accepted Tri-Cross as a part of the curriculum and will feature it this year as a highly recommended game for the advancement of those in gifted education (Cobb County Schools).
11.24.2008 - Tri-Cross and GFC Georgia, LLC was awarded the National Parenting Center Seal of Approval for 2009. Their award states: "Tri-Cross was viewed by testers as a very smart game. Similar to Stratego but with a much shorter playing time. There is a slightly higher learning curve here, which is not surprising considering the various layers of strategy that can be employed by players. We found that it was just as much fun playing with two players as it was for
four, nice to know since it is often hard to wrangle more than two at a time. Parents appreciated the included
Tri-Cross bag to hold the playing pieces."
6.23.2008 - Tri-Cross received the "2008 Game of the Year Award" in the "Strategy Board Game for Families" category - 2008 Creative Child Award for Creative Child Magazine3.19.2008 - The Washington Post selected Tri-Cross as one of thirty games to be featured in its KidsPost from this year's New York Toy Fair. “I work for the Antarctic Program and spend many long hours in remote field camps playing a wide variety of games. I bought Tri-Cross to take to camp and absolutely love it! Besides being a great, challenging strategy game for us to play continuously, it travels nice and small and will live forever at the last camp I was at. We all love it and have major tournaments each night. Thanks for the fun. - MK
